[pkg-apparmor] Moving its AppArmor profiles to the Evince package

Hi Laurent,

I see that evince (3.20.0-2) in NEW added AppArmor profiles.
Cool, thanks!

We'll need to handle the migration of these conffiles from the
apparmor-profiles-extra package, though, sice we have been shipping
them in that package for a while.

My understanding is that moving conffiles around packages is not
trivial when one tries to correctly handle all possible corner cases.

In the current situation, though, one could argue that a simple
versioned Breaks+Replaces, matching an upload of
apparmor-profiles-extra (1.7) without these profiles, might be good
enough for most practical purposes: these profiles have been included
for years in Ubuntu, and are quite lax, so it's unlikely that anyone
has needed to modify them locally.

I can do the apparmor-profiles-extra 1.7 upload once the
Breaks+Replaces relationship is in place in the evince package in sid.

Thoughts, opinions, volunteers?

Cheers,
