[pkg-apparmor] Bug#832534: apparmor: please drop useless breaks+replaces

Hi, as explained here [1], Ubuntu needs the breaks+replaces from an LTS to another, and
they can be safely dropped after the new one is out.

Now, xenial is released, and upgrades from trusty will be done with the trusty and xenial
version.

Dropping it now, will make it go into yakkety, and then avoid upgrade failures.

Please drop the following lines:
