[pkg-apparmor] Bug#832984: apparmor-profiles: Ship extra profiles to the default upstream directory

We ship extra profiles in /usr/share/doc/apparmor-profiles/extras/
while upstream (and OpenSUSE) ship them in
/usr/share/apparmor/extra-profiles/. See EXTRAS_DEST for details.

logprof.conf has a inactive_profiledir setting that point to the
default (upstream) location.

We should either ship these profiles in upstream's default location,
or adjust logprof.conf. I prefer the former option, for nicer
cross-distro user experience.
