Hello,

Since this bug was marked as done, please note that it is a mixup of two
bugs:
- permission errors in the "man" profile (exec failures because of "no
new privs", which were fixed / workaround'ed by building man without
seccomp
- dh_apparmor loads profiles at package install time even if
apparmor.service is masked
You might want to open a new bug for for dh_apparmor.
BTW: I just submitted an updated man profile which works on openSUSE:
https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/merge_requests/67
(not packaged or enabled by default, it's one of my "playground
profiles"). Maybe we can merge it with the Debian profile to get a
profile that works everywhere?
Regards,
Christian Boltz
