[pkg-apparmor] Bug#884278: prevent deinstallation of boot-critical package

Sorry, colleagues: I have absolutely no time to reinvestigate this
issue and to risk destabilizing my system. Can you put this issue
to "dormant" status, to be reopened only if others encounter similar
problems?
