rollopack, we have bug about having "proper" Firefox profile:

Ubuntu Firefox _package_ project has profile that is updated time to 
time, you can try that:

It would be nice to have this profile in some more.. "upstreamish" 
place, of course.

For example, LibreOffice profile is hosted on central upstream 
LibreOffice repository [0] and our maintainer Rene does pretty good job 
updating it.
