   * What led up to the situation?
   apt update; apt upgrade

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
   I am no more able to boot the system

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   kernel panic
   The last message before kernel crash was: /sbin/init can not
   find  apparmor_2.13
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   normal boot
