These two fixes (both in the added cross.patch) affect upstream code, 
and I'd guess that they are not Debian-specific.

Would you be willing to submit these fixes upstream at
    https://gitlab.com/apparmor/apparmor/-/merge_requests ?


I can't really comment on the debian/* changes - EWRONGDISTRO ;-)
