Thanks for the investigation!

Indeed, I forgot to do the necessary cleanup when I stopped shipping
this profile in 2.10.95-8, and indeed this was mostly harmless until
I added the missing cleanup for the corresponding abstraction in
3.1.7-4, which caused the failure you're experiencing.

I'll upload a fix later today.
