[pkg-apparmor] Bug#1129185: AppArmor autopkgtestfails with MariaDB on riscv64: "Cache read/write disabled: interface file missing"

Latest MariaDB introduced a AppArmor profile as requested in #875890
(initially now only in 'complain' mode) seems to be failing on
AppArmor autopkgtest for riscv64 with some kind of kernel
incompatibility error.
