[Pkg-auth-maintainers] Bug#1103211: yubikey-manager: FTBFS: E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'smartcard.pcsc.PCSCContext'

I'll backport the fix this evening. There is another issue with yuvikey-manager which I need to address due to wrong timestamps within the released tar.gz.
