[Pkg-auth-maintainers] Bug#1093774: yubikey-manager: 5.5.1-1 breaks yubioath-desktop

Hey,

FYI - the code causing the issue was removed within this commit:
2bcf81b6dffc9ae6748eb251ff54a864b306e794 in upstream "Remove automatic 
YubiCloud upload" - see here:
https://github.com/Yubico/yubikey-manager/commit/2bcf81b6dffc9ae6748eb251ff54a864b306e794

So i think a patch on yubioath-desktop should be doable - this is a 
feature we don't need (i guess).
