[Pkg-auth-maintainers] Global Platform

Hi!

I'm packaging Global Platform and I thought it would be useful to have
it group maintained by the pkg-auth-maintainers group.  I'm looking for
review of the packaging now, here are links to it:

There are several upstream patches in there, but I am working with
upstream to resolve them.  No new release appears to be happening so I
have used the latest released version to be able to move forward.

I'm cc'ing Ludovic Rousseau because he reviewed earlier packaging
attempts by Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov which my packaging is based on; if
you have time to review this attempt, that would be great.  The
licensing issue you brought up earlier has been resolved: this package
is all LGPLv3+.  Dmitry, if you have any comments on this, that would
be appreciated as well.
