[Pkg-auth-maintainers] getting Yubico packages into Debian

Yep -- we normally always use a pristine-tar branch.
Taking a step back, I'm not sure which Yubico-related packages aren't in
Debian. Can we make a list? U2f-pam is one I can recall. Can anyone
think of more packages?
