[Pkg-auth-maintainers] Moving GitHub repos to git.debian.org?

Welcome Luke! We really appreciate help with the YubiKey packages!

I know Yubico folks build Ubuntu packages from the GitHub repositories,
and the GitHub repositories do receive some upgrades once in a while.
But I don't know which projects this applies to. I guess they find it
easier to work with GitHub than alitoh because they aren't Debian
savvy. I don't care strongly about this, but it seems unfortunate if
we have one repository on alitoh that is modified and the Yubico folks
maintain the GitHub repositories for the same package. Dain, Klas,
Dag, do you have a recommendation here? Perhaps the focus of the
repositories have changed so it actually makes sense to have two (i.e.,
GitHub is for Yubico-maintained Ubuntu packages, alitoh is for Debian
community maintained Debian packages).

/Simon
