According to
https://github.com/Yubico/yubioath-desktop/issues/328#issuecomment-457492367
from that ticket, Yubico is no longer involved in preparing the official
Debian packages. So looks like the names of all the uploaders from
Yubico should be removed, leaving only Simon Josefsson.
