I needed to use it last week, so I updated the package and used my private build to get my work done, so it wasn't totally wasted.

Oh, I see. I uploaded the one that you configured uscan to retrieve and verify. My fork on salsa also had the pristine-tar branch updated.

I requested to be added to the team pretty early on in my correspondence and didn't get any response.

I also uploaded to stretch-backports, so having access to the repo to commit the backports branches would be great.

Cool. I haven't been an IRC guy, but that may change. 

btw, the yubico people were looking for you on github (I think in relation to yubioauth-desktop).
