Hi,

please consider adding libyubikey-udev to yubikey-manager's Depends (or
at least Recommends).

Trying to access the 'ykman otp' functions as unprivileged user fails in
non-obvious ways ("No YubiKey found with the given interface(s)") when
it should "just work". yubikey-personalization already depends on
libyubikey-udev, while libykpers-1-1 recommends it.
