OK, good work, uploaded. One remark: when working in VCS, it's best
to adjust some settings of "dch":

$ grep DEBCHANGE /home/rhertzog/.devscripts 
DEBCHANGE_RELEASE_HEURISTIC=changelog
DEBCHANGE_MULTIMAINT_MERGE=yes
DEBCHANGE_PRESERVE=yes

No need to update the timestamp with each commit. Always have UNRELEASED
as the distribution and only put the good distribution with "dch -r" at
release time.
