[Pkg-ayatana-devel] Bug#651907: ido FTBFS uses G_CONST_RETURN with G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED

IDO FTBFS because it uses G_CONST_RETURN which is deprecated
and also defines G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED.

The attched patch removes G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED from the
makefiles.
