Hi maintainer(s)!

I'm going to accept your package, but as a minor nitpick, it would be nice
to remove the COPYING file (containint the GPLv3) from the tarball, when no
files are licensed under it.  I found it a bit confusing.  Could you please
ask upstream about that?
