Please calm down. Assuming the worst and making demands is not the way to get 
what you want. All you really had to do was ask.

In fact, the truth is quite simple. For whatever reason, I never got your 
replies, or I most certainly would have included them. I'll have a look at 
them now, and see if the editor will allow some revisions. If he won't, I'll 
add a comment to the article.
