Well it looks like you can get a second chance. =) It was rejected:

notify-osd_0.9.34-1.dsc refers to notify-osd_0.9.34.orig.tar.gz, but I
can't find it in the queue or in the pool.

Since I merge the Ubuntu changelog entries, you have to pass -sa to
debuild. It doesn't know that this is the first upload.
