[Pkg-ayatana-devel] Bug#924879: bin:pkg libayatana-indicator3-dev depends on libayatana-indicator-dev and thus pulls in the complete GTK-2+ build stack into GTK-3+-only builds

It was spotted that libayatana-indicator3-dev pulls in a GTK-3+ build
stack and a GTK-2+ build stack at the same time.

This is caused by libayatana-indicator3-dev depending on libayatana-indicator-dev, which is entirely wrong.

The solution is to drop libayatana-indicator-dev from libayatana-indicator3-dev's "Depends:" field.
