[Pkg-ayatana-devel] Bug#1035093: ayatana-indicator-sound: Unable to install Lomiri desktop aside GNOME desktop due to pulseaudio dependency

Dear Maintainer,

I wanted to install the Lomiri desktop to try it aside my GNOME desktop.

Although there's a conflict between ayatana-indicator-
sound (which is installed by the lomiri package) and gnome-core packages.

Due to this conflict I am unable to install Lomiri without uninstalling 
GNOME.

Actually gnome-core depends on pipewire-audio and ayatana-indicator-
sound depends on pulseaudio.

pulseaudio package is itself in conflict with pipewire-audio, that's why I
cannot install Lomiri aside GNOME.

As pipewire-audio installs a Pulseaudio compatible API with the 
pipewire-pulse
package, is it possible to update the ayatana-indicator-
sound to depends either on pulseaudio or on pipewire-audio? (or, maybe,
piperwire-pulse?)

For your information, there's a similar issue with the package 
lomiri-desktop-
session.
So I've opened for this package a similar bug report.

This issue is not limited to the Lomiri desktop, but to all desktops 
depending
on
the ayatana-indicator-sound package.
