Yeah, I tried to fix vala-panel and vala-panel-appmenu before the  
freeze, but something failed uploading vala-panel (25.04-1) and I only  
noticed too late. I then re-uploaded to unstable (via NEW), but  
ftpmaster REJECTed the package with the request to use experimental at  
this time of freeze. I have now uploaded vala-panel 25.04-2 to  
experimental, will dput it to unstable after that, but this is  
probably too late for vala-panel and vala-panel-appmenu to enter  
trixie. I might file an unblock request nonetheless then. Hmmm...
