Done, after having tested upgrade paths (all successful):

1) sqlite3
   # apt-get install bacula
   # [add people.debian.org/~gismo APT sources]
   # apt-get dist-upgrade

2) pgsql
   # apt-get install postgresql
   # apt-get install bacula-director-pgsql bacula-server bacula
   # [add people.debian.org/~gismo APT sources]
   # apt-get dist-upgrade

3) mysql
   # apt-get install mysql-server
   # apt-get install bacula-director-mysql bacula-server bacula
   # [add people.debian.org/~gismo APT sources]
   # apt-get dist-upgrade

For pgsql and mysql the extra step was needed because of:

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
