[pkg-bacula-devel] Should bacula-server Recommend: bacula-console?

Hi!

(I have a weird deja vu right now. Have we already discussed this or do
I just think we did?)

During testing of the hardcode-users branch I again stumbled over the
fact that after installing "bacula-server" the package bacula-console is
missing. I find it really odd that bacula-server pulls in nearly every
bacula package *but* the bconsole.
