[pkg-bacula-devel] debhelper compat level 11

Hi!

I tested the bacula source with compat=11 and debhelper>=10.10.7~ and can 
report that there is nothing to report. The switch from dh_systemd_enable 
to dh_installsystemd works out of the box for us and we are not affected 
by any of the other changes to debhelper as of today, judging from the 
diffoscope output comparing packages with compat=10 and compat=11.
