I tested:

a) new install of sqlite3: works and DB is correct
b) new install of mysql: works and DB is correct
c) upgrade sqlite3 from 7.4.4 to 9.2.1: works and DB is correct
d) upgrade mysql from 7.4.4 to 9.2.1: works and DB is correct

Good to go from my perspective.
