[pkg-bacula-devel] Broken CI pipeline

Hi!

Somehow the build for bacula broke with the Salsa CI pipelines. I think
the cache.zip for ccache got hosed and now interferes with the rest.

I see if I am able to clear this myself.

Interestingly, the exact same gitlab-ci.yml works in my clone of the
repository.
