[pkg-bacula-devel] Accidentally pushed 9.4.4 to master

Hi!

I accidentally pushed the new upstream to master instead of experimental
as I did earlier. Sorry.

But since it was only a small bugfix only release, I went ahead and just
updated debian/changelog instead of reverting this mistake.
