[pkg-bacula-devel] lintian warning: binary-without-manpage

Hi!

Since the move of the *json binaries to /usr/sbin lintian warns about
them not having a man-page.

Since those programs are more like an "API" program to be called by
other programs and not a human, I suggest to either override lintian
(feels wrong) or just symlink the man-page to the bacula.8 man-page to
at least give some information what this program is about.
