[pkg-bacula-devel] Review addition to release-notes

Hi,

I'm not sure if you get a notification, but I've added a comment to the
merge request about the dangers of not using a server console, screen or
tmux session for the upgrade. I'm not sure if that's needed, but while
drafting a response to the new bugs I was thinking about what kind of
things can go wrong during the upgrade.
