[pkg-bacula-devel] Bug#1109565: bacula-common: Silent when aborting the upgrade

Control: severity -1 normal

I don't see the "major impact on the usability" that would classify this
as an important bug, therefore I'm lowering the severity to normal.

If there will be a change to address bug #1109499 for trixie we can
address this one too, otherwise I think we're too far into the freeze to
change it for trixie.
