No, we haven't existed for long - started a couple of weeks ago.

the mailing list. We're currently trying to coordinate the uploads of 
0.16-compatible versions of the plugin packages.

Most of us also hang out on #bzr on irc.freenode.net.

I will try to roll a 0.16.0 release of bzr-gtk later this week.
