[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#435483: The bazaar package name is confusing and would be best renamed to 'baz'

It would be nice to fix this during the current development cycle, so
that users looking for 'bzr' - the current supported vcs from the Bazaar
project, won't see 'bazaar', which is not what they want, and get
confused.

For users of 'baz', the new package name should upgrade the old one, so
upgrades keep the software installed.

Likewise the documentation package.
