[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bundling several plugins in a new bzr-plugins (Debian/Ubuntu) package?

There is bzrtools, which provides a nice set of plugins, and then there
is "the rest". I think it'd be useful to somehow do again what bzrtool
does, by collecting from "the rest" those that the users may find more
useful, instead of having them go fetch them themselves.

I think that it'd be good, because at the moment there's quite a bit of
useful functionality diseminated in various plugins, and when users need
it, they must go and find their location, grab it themselves, keep it
updated, etc. If some distribution person makes that work for them, I
think they'll be pleased.

Yeah, but since we are talking about very small sized packages, I don't
think this matters much.

On the other hand, this is a valid concern, but I'd prefert to see how
it works out in practice. Maybe we don't get so many incompatibilities
after all, of we are able to solve them timely?
