[Pkg-bazaar-maint] SPAM on the list - moderation?

In the pkg-wpa team, we are doing moderation on mails from
non-members. I find it quite annoying that e.g. bugreports get moderated
as well. Ideally, we would not moderate bug reports, but "normal" posts
from non-members.

I didn't manage to do this in mailman though. If you know how to do
this, please let me know.
