[Pkg-bazaar-maint] etch-backports

Hy,

I just opened up a new branch for etch backports for bzr, available at 

http://bzr.debian.org/pkg-bazaar/bzr/etch-backports/

Builds fine and runs fine on my servers. Package was uploaded to
mentors, then sent on the backports mailing list
