Indeed. bzr-gtk has been maintained by Chris Lamb before, but he
recently joined the bzr packaging group. AFAIK, he wanted to work on a
0.16 bzr-gtk package, but I've don't now the current status.

Chris, can you please comment on the status of bzr 0.16? We should have
it uploaded to debian rather quickly. I just noticed an upload of
bzr-gtk to ubuntu disabling the annoying warning message...
