[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#494246: Problem caused by dot in option name

Hi,

This failure is caused by the presence of the dots in one of the 
options (--pack-0.92) in doc/en/user-reference/bzr_man.txt. Removing 
the dots manually resulted in successful package build. Unfortunately, 
this file itself is machine-generated using the command

python generate_docs.py -o doc/en/user-reference/bzr_man.txt rstx
