[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#486607: Please support login names containing an "@" symbol in the FTP transport

The syntax for the FTP transport is ftp://login@host/directory, which works
well unless your login happens to contain an "@" symbol.

I have such a login, and as a consequence I'm unable to use the FTP
transport altogether.

It would probably be enough to use the part after the last "@" symbol (and
not the part after the first one, which seems to be the case at the moment)
as host to make it work, unless doing so may break other parts of bzr.
