[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Upgrading Bazaar backports pkg to 1.14.

Hi, Norbert et al.  Would it be easy for you to create a backport
package for Bazaar 1.14 now that it has been released?  See
http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download.

I'm mailing you after reading Sylvain Beucler's comment in
https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?9348.  Having Bazaar 1.14 backported
would allow Savannah to upgrade; that in turn would allow the Emacs
project to start testing with Bazaar 1.14 (which has a repository
format that Emacs needs).
