[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#518098: Actually caused by missing ‘python-pycurl’ dependency

To confirm: After installing ‘python-pycurl’, the same HTTP URL works
fine with this Bazaar client, with no errors in the log.

In my opinion, this means ‘Recommends: python-pycurl’ is the correct
relationship.
