[Pkg-bazaar-maint] Bug#546776: Viewing revisions does not work with non-ancient versions of Bazaar

Trying to view a changeset, annotate, revision log results in a
traceback because of private bzr APIs that were being used by trac-bzr
and were removed in bzr 1.6.

This makes the package unsuitable for release IMO.
