For a reason or another, amd64 bzr binary doesn't ship modules for
python2.5:

$ dpkg -c bzr_2.2.0-1_i386.deb | grep -c python2.5
17

$ dpkg -c bzr_2.2.0-1_amd64.deb | grep -c python2.5
0
