  The proper solution is to upload YUI 3 to Debian.  You may need to do
it in a separate package rather than replacing YUI 2 altogether, but I'm
not the one with a say in the matter.  Please get in touch with the
Debian Javascript maintainers (list at
<pkg-javascript-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>) to get their opinion.  I
can sponsor an upload for YUI 3 if needed, and then (or at the same
time) I'll gladly sponsor a new Loggerhead using the system YUI.
