[Pkg-bazaar-maint] bzr 2.0.6, 2.1.3 and bzr 2.2.1 have been released

Hi guys,

I'm the Release Manager for bzr 2.0.6, 2.1.3, 2.2.1 and the 2.3 series
starting with 2.3b1.

I'm trying to find what needs to be done in the debian world for the
various releases.

I've started:

to coordinate the efforts across the various packagers and would
appreciate your insight there too.

The plan is to officially announce the releases once all the installers
are reday, which hopefully will happen Friday 24 September 2010 08:00
UTC.
