I assumed that since bzr-explorer and qbzr in unstable are already
ahead of squeeze that it made sense to update them there. Any RC bug
fixes for them in  squeeze will have to go through t-p-u already.

I'll reset the changelogs to unreleased in the debian bzr branches and
upload 0ubuntu1 versions to Ubuntu.
